Job Description

We are looking for a Sales manager todrive sales activities that will help maximize our sales sales targets.

Sales manager responsibilities include acquiring new corporate customers designing individual and to be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of sales techniques and ability to sell. 

Ultimately, good communocation and presentation skills required. 

Responsibilities

- Responsible for managing the West (India) New Customer Acquisition (NCA) team in Mumbai, India.

- Actively manage the pipeline in CRM and take the necessary steps to keep it up to date.

- Accountable for the monthly/quarterly goals and attainment.

- Forecast closures accurately (weekly, monthly, and quarterly).

- Responsible for the daily metrics of the meetings(Followups, Emails, Opportunities).

- Should have the ability and willingness to train/coach the Reps in the team.

- Open to traveling and meeting Talentrackr prospective customers.

- Work closely with Product Management, Marketing, Support, and other key stakeholders.

- Open to feedback.

- Team player.
